By downloading, accessing, or using the Manit Minerals App (“App”), you (“User”, “Supplier”, or “Client”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Services Provided
• You must be 18 years or older to use this App.
• By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
3. Services Provided
• The App allows Manit Minerals to upload and display available block inventory.
• Users can view inventory, check availability, and request details for potential purchase.
• The App does not process financial transactions or payments. All commercial arrangements happen offline through Manit Minerals directly.
4. Services Provided
Users agree to:
• Use the App only for lawful business purposes.
• Not upload harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content.
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the App.
• Not use the App to infringe on intellectual property rights or spread malware.
5. Supplier Uploads & Content
• Suppliers uploading content (images, block details, specifications) remain solely responsible for its accuracy and legality.
• Manit Minerals reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that is inaccurate, harmful, or violates these Terms.
• By uploading, you grant Manit Minerals a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the App.
6. Intellectual Property
• All rights to the App’s design, features, software, and branding belong to Manit Minerals.
• Users cannot copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties.
• Manit Minerals does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or accuracy of displayed inventory.
• In case of disputes, Manit Minerals’ liability (if proven) is limited strictly to the amount of service fees paid by the User (if any).
8. Mediation & Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through mediation in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
• If mediation fails, disputes will be governed under Indian law.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if:
• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse the App or upload false/misleading data.
• You harm the integrity or reputation of the platform.
10. Modifications
• Manit Minerals may update these Terms at any time.
• Updates will be posted in the App, and continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
